Mark my words, you WILL all be paying attention to this man by the time I'm done. In celebration of his copious screen time on last night's "Gotti's Way," here's the current single being worked by Newz on his MySpace. A fun blend of street mentality and catchy, even playful delivery, this track deserves a little more shine than it's received so far, hence its appearance here. Get over the comparisons to other major NYC hitmakers and what you're left with is one of the few original sounds to come out of the City in a long, long time. Bonus points for a hook that you'll wind up singing to yourself later, regardless of how you feel after one listen.
